Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website infinity13corp.com (the "Site") or engaging any services provided by Infinity 13 Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or booking/using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Infinity 13 Corp is a Wyoming C-Corporation that provides the following categories of professional services:

• Wireless Network Design, Surveys, and Infrastructure Services
• HVAC Evaluation, Maintenance, Repair, and Installation
• Precision Welding and Custom Metal Fabrication
• Electrical Systems Work, Power Quality, and EV/Tesla Integration Support
• Strategic Real Estate Development Consulting, Property Optimization, and Project Coordination

Individual services may be subject to additional specific agreements, intake forms, or statements of work.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive services from Infinity 13 Corp. By using our services or Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Wellness sessions (QHHT, energy healing, counseling) typically require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Technical and development projects are governed by separate proposals or statements of work.

Cancellation policy for wellness sessions: We request at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when possible.

For technical services (web, IT, HVAC, welding, electrical, property), payment terms, milestones, and cancellation rights will be outlined in the applicable service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and throughout our engagement
• Arrive on time (or join remote sessions promptly) and be in a suitable, private environment for wellness sessions
• Communicate any changes in health, circumstances, or project scope in a timely manner
• Respect the professional boundaries and time of our practitioners and technicians

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of Infinity 13 Corp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

Custom work product created specifically for you (e.g., website code, network documentation, fabrication drawings) is governed by the terms of your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity 13 Corp, its principals, practitioners, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any outcome or experience related to wellness services (subject to the disclaimers in Section 2)

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinity 13 Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or services, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any specific service agreements you enter into, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinity 13 Corp regarding the subject matter herein.
